Nepocore is an independent directory. Community maintainers, authors, and original providers make these resources possible. Their inclusion does not imply partnership or endorsement.
How the catalog is assembled
The catalog combines a small editorial starter collection with resource names and primary links from community repositories. Links are deduplicated by normalized URL. Tracking parameters are removed, categories are assigned, and imported entries retain a source link. We do not reproduce third-party software or hosted files.
Learning resource descriptions adapted from EbookFoundation’s Free Programming Books are attributed under CC BY 4.0. Changes include extraction, URL normalization, categorization, and shortening. Other repository entries index names and URLs; their original descriptions are not reproduced. Original repositories and the resources they link to have their own licenses.
What the labels mean
- Free: listed by the source as available without payment. Copyright and usage restrictions still apply.
- Open source: source code is available under a project license. Hosted services, hardware, and add-ons can cost money.
- Free plan: an available free tier with limits. It is not a promise of unlimited use.
- Check terms: a community-indexed resource whose current pricing and availability need individual review.
“Editor’s pick” indicates a resource selected for the starter collection. It is not a security audit or a guarantee that its terms will stay the same.
Search and indexing policy
Topic pages and editorial resource pages are available as server-rendered HTML. Thin, unreviewed community detail pages are marked noindex and excluded from the sitemap. This lets the library grow without presenting thousands of minimal pages as completed editorial content. A private preview requires sign-in and is not publicly crawlable.

The current directory follows the Sunflower Directory mockup selected by the owner: white surfaces, yellow accents, Bricolage Grotesque headings and DM Sans body text. Earlier exploration used the Awesome DESIGN.md collection and interaction references from Mobbin, Uiverse, Skiper UI and React Bits. The earlier TiltedCard hero is no longer displayed.
Resource preview images and project icons come from the original projects: ComfyUI, Activepieces, Actual Budget, Blender Manual, wger, and React Bits. Previews are resized for this directory; project names, imagery and trademarks belong to their respective authors. Inclusion does not imply endorsement.
